Sliding door with soft closing mechanism
The ceiling mounted sliding door glass wall consists of a sliding door panel and a ceiling mounted sliding mechanism. Sliding door fixture takes up very little space in the room, a quality sliding mechanism and a floor guide fitting provides a smooth and safe door movement. The doors are equipped with soft closing mechanism which cushions the closing and gently pulls the door into position. Handle height is 0.48H (Height) (as per 2D drawing).
The sliding rail profile is fixed to the ceiling.The sliding mechanism is
affixed
to the top of the door panel before being mounted on the sliding profile.
A door guide is installed on the floor. The sliding rail profile is covered
from
both sides of the enclosure.
Installation services are available in Finland capital (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Porvoo, Sipoo, Kirkkonummi, Nurmijärvi, Kerava, Järvenpää, Riihimäki, Pornainen, Hyvinkää, Tuusula), Tampere (Tampere, Nokia, Kangasala, Lempäälä ja Pirkkala), Häneemlinna and Lahti (Lahti, Mäntsälä, Orimattila) regions. Service is carried out by manufacturers professional mechanic. When product is ordered with installation service, transport company delivers the product to customer site. When the product has arrived, mechanic will phone customer and agree the exact installation date and time. Installation is done to clean and installation ready surfaces. Installation work includes besides installation of the product also taking away the installation garbage. If you are unsure about the measures of the product (for example in case of custom sized products), you can order a measurement visit on-site done by the mechanic. In this case the mechanic will fill-in the final measures of the product to the system and the responsibility that measures are correct is carried by the manufacturer.

The profiles mounted to the edges of the panel are manufactured of aluminium. Profiles are painted black (RAL 9005) through powder coating.
The product is manufactured of 8mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains.
The sliding door is always manufactured according to custom dimensions. When ordering, enter actual width of door gap and height of door gap. The door will be manufactured 40 mm wider than entered doorgap. It is recommended that the width of the door should always be at least Height/3.
