Shower enclosure with hinged doors one of which has a fixed part
Shower enclosure consists of a hinged door and a fixed wall to which has been another hinged door has been attached. The product is well-suited for a shower corner outside, next to which on the one side are fixtures. Fixed wall can be dimensioned according to the depth of the fixtures so that when opened, the door does not hit the fixtures. The doors can be dimensioned symmetrically or so that the doors are of different sizes. When the shower is not in use, the door can be positioned parallel to the walls of the building.
Doors rotate 90 degrees in both directionsand are equipped with adjustable centring. The centring attempts to return the door to the open and closed positions. A magnet seal keeps the door tightly closed during showering.
The door panel and the fixed panel with the door panel attached to it are mounted to building wall using wall mounting profiles on each side of the enclosure space. The support bar is set up from the top edge of the fixed panel and screwed into the building wall. Bottom seals can be attached to the panels and a step profile can be installed under the door panels to improve water retention. Magnet seals are installed on each of the doorway panels to keep door tightly closed.

The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. The fittings used in the product, are made of black/white painted brass alloy.
The product is manufactured with a 6mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). The safety panel can be treated in the production with Cranith calcification prevention coating which helps keeping the glass clean. One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains.
The size of the shower corner can be selected from among the standard sizes or it can be manufactured custom dimensions. The adjustment range of the wall mounted profile of the fixed part is 7mm and that of the door, 15mm, respectively. The adjustment range can be used for levelling of any tilt of the building s walls or for extending the widths of the sides of the shower enclosure in relation to the provided standard dimensions. The widths of one or both sides can be further extended by 34mm(door), 40mmm(fixed panel) via the extension profile (optional accessory). The extension profile can be grooved, for example, for the inlet of the surface water pipes. The fixed panel is mounted with tuning leg by default which is suitable for tilted floors in the case of even floor the floor mounted option can be selected.

- Side L2 : 617mm - 624mm
Installation dimensions mean the location of the outermost side of the wall mountedprofile on the building wall measured from the corner of the shower area. The width of the side of the wall mountedprofile placed against the building wall is 22mm. The dimensions may deviate from the declared values if the adjustment range must be used to level the tilt of the walls. Note! The parts of the shower enclosure may also be installed in the opposite direction than presented in the layout.:
The product is supplied as standard with a 33 mm high floor seal. The optional accessories are a 50mm high floor seal for shower areas where the floor tilting is higher than normal. The length of the floor seal is 1000mm and it is cut to a suitable length on site. The watertight quality of the product can be improved by installing a shower door threshold under the door. The door threshold is cut into a suitable length on the side and glued to the floor. The height of a shaped threshold is 10mm and its width is 16mm.Fixed panel is mounted with tuning leg by default which is suitable for tilted floors in the case of even floor the floor mounted option can be selected.
