Fixed bath wall

The fixed bath wall protects the space and the fixture next to the bathtub from splashing water. The fixed bath wall is sturdy and can be efficiently used for protection from water.

The bath wall is mounted by screwing the wall profile to the building wall and gluing the bottom profile to the edge of the bathtub. After these steps are done, the fixed panel is placed and secured to the mounting profiles with self drilling screws. Lastly the chosen support bar is mounted to the panel. The short, standard, shower rod is mounted diagonally between the bath wall and the building wall, the long shower rod is usually mounted as far out on the panel as possible, perpendicularly to the opposing wall. Ordering height includes the rod, and leaves an additional space of 8 mm above it. In addition to this, it should be noted that at least 15-20 mm of empty space should be left above the product, for easier mounting of the rod. Installation guide

The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. The fittings used in the product, are made of black/white painted brass alloy.

The product is manufactured with a 6mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). The safety panel can be treated in the production with Cranith calcification prevention coating which helps keeping the glass clean. One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains.

The size of the bath wall can be selected from the standard dimensions or it can be manufactured according to custom dimensions. The wall mounted profiles have 7 mm of adjustment range. The adjustment range can be used for leveling tilts of the building s wall or for extension of the width of the bath wall in relation to the provided dimensions. The fixed panel is mounted with a floor list by default, requiring the edge of the tub to be even.

The brace mounted to the upper edge of the panel can be replaced by a long side support mounted to the corner. The side support can be used for drying light towels or as a rail for a shower curtain with hoops. We recommend the long support bar instead of the short one, for added support if the fixed panel exceeds 850 mm in width, or if the panel is close to maximum height. The longer support bar should be mounted as close to the outer edge of the panel as possible.
